Welcome! We’re pumped you chose us. We ask that all hitters & pitchers take 2 individual appointments before jumping into a group so you can feel your most comfortable and confident self.
Private lessons are $63 per 30 minute session. All lessons are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Without a 24 hour notice, you are charged in full for the lesson. Please sign your daughter up under HER name. All sales final.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Having a tough time with an adjustment? Learning brand new mechanics? If you need a little one on one attention, we got you covered.

Groups enable coaches to create game like situations and foster a healthy competitiveness. When surrounded by their peers, girls will learn from each other’s mistakes, build each other up, and develop their team work skills. Ready to train with us?
To ensure the best quality instruction, hitting & pitching group lessons are kept at a 3:1 player to coach ratio. HITTING & PITCHING GROUPS ARE OPEN TO GIRLS 12 YEARS OLD AND UP ONLY. 11 and younger, please schedule an individual hitting or pitching lesson.
Hitting & pitching group lessons are $63 per 60 minute session. All classes are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Without a 24 hour notice, you are charged in full for the lesson. If there is only 1 athlete booked in a group class, the session becomes a 30 minute private lesson. All sales final. All pitchers must bring a catcher. No cleats allowed.
GROUP CLASSES
SOFTBALL STRENGTH & SPEED CLASSES
Train full body strength, mobility & stability. Develop power, agility, speed & plyometrics. Explosiveness & conditioning, all softball specific.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8p for girls age 12-18.
A single class pass is $30, a 6 pack is $165 and a 12 pack of classes is $300
Need a space for your team to practice? Rent our entire facility- balls, tees, screens & pitching machines included for $150 an hour. Weekend availability only, call to schedule. All sales final.

PITCHING MACHINE RENTALS
Need to practice hitting speed? Rent a Jugs pitching machine (throws fastballs only) $30/30 min. Or rent the Hack Attack (throws fastball, curve, screw, rise and drop) $35/30 min
